
Tenzin Alexander
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
Tenzin Alexander is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at ARC Voyagers. She is an accomplished business executive with more than two decades of experience spanning financial services, higher education, and nonprofit leadership.
Before entering the nonprofit sector, Tenzin held senior leadership roles, where she led product management, digital transformation, social media strategy, and marketing teams for large organizations.
During Tenzin’s time in corporate roles, she served on various non-profit board positions including at ARC Voyagers. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for I Know I Can, a nonprofit that supports college access for Columbus City Schools students and sits on the Advisory Council for the Columbus Montessori Education Center.
Tenzin holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Capital University, an MBA from the University of Dayton, and completed a Certificate in Higher Education Leadership from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
Outside of work, Tenzin enjoys traveling with her husband, Jonathan, and their two daughters. She credits her strong work ethic, compassion, and commitment to community to the values instilled by her parents, which continue to shape her purpose-driven approach to leadership.
